- Abstract
Biosensors for enantio-sensitive analysis with non-enantiomeric, enantiomeric and D-and L-enantiomeric enzyme pairs are discussed. These enzyme pairs can be combined with potentiometric, amperometric, calorimetric or optical transducers. Potentiometric biosensors for enantiomeric analysis are the most advanced. At present, no bio-optodes for enantiomeric analysis are known.
