- Abstract
Transport measurements on a double quantum dot are performed under the influence of microwave radiation. It is shown that the radiation effectively couples to the microstructure, inducing a photocurrent with a clear frequency dependence. This process of photon-assisted tunneling through the double dot can be employed for microwave spectroscopy on this artificial molecule.
