Optimum time step and remerging Feigenbaum trees in a one- dimensional boundary-layer model

- Abstract
For a simple boundary layer model, the behaviour towards a steady state solution is investigated. For specific time steps a bifurcation cascade occurs during the first 1000 iterations. Furthermore, a time step criterion is introduced which allows to consider nonlinear effects. -Author
